Service description

Clearline Cleaning Services B.V. provides professional cleaning and vehicle care services to businesses and private clients in the Netherlands. Our services include office cleaning, home cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, premium car wash and detailing, and local maintenance cleaning. Services are delivered on a recurring contract or one-off basis according to the agreement made with each client.

Billing and payment conditions

Quotes are provided in writing and are fixed for the scope described. Unless agreed otherwise, recurring contracts are invoiced monthly and one-off services are invoiced on completion. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless explicitly marked otherwise; VAT is added at the applicable Dutch rate. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, statutory interest and reasonable collection costs may be charged in accordance with Dutch law.

Liability disclaimer

Clearline Cleaning Services B.V. carries business liability insurance and performs its work with due care. Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the amount covered by our insurance for the relevant event, and in any case to the value of the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption, except where such loss results from intent or gross negligence on our part. Any claim must be reported to us in writing without undue delay after the client becomes aware of it. Nothing in this notice limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under Dutch law.

Customer privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), known in the Netherlands as the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). We collect only the data needed to respond to inquiries, provide our services and meet our legal obligations, such as your name, contact details and the address where the service is provided. This data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
