Terms

Terms of service

These terms apply to cleaning and car wash services provided by Clearline Cleaning Services. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and services provided by Clearline Cleaning Services B.V. ("Clearline", "we", "us") to clients ("you"). Where a separate written agreement is signed, that agreement takes precedence on any point it specifically addresses.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are provided in writing and describe the scope, schedule and price of the work. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed when you accept a quote in writing or when we begin the agreed work at your request.

3. Performance of services

We carry out our services with due care, using trained staff and professional equipment. We will follow the schedule agreed with you. If we cannot perform a scheduled visit due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and arrange a replacement date where possible.

4. Your cooperation

To allow us to work efficiently and safely, you agree to provide reasonable access to the premises or vehicles at the agreed times and to inform us of any specific hazards or requirements at the location.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are as stated in the quote and are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless marked otherwise. Recurring contracts are invoiced monthly and one-off services on completion, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment may result in statutory interest and reasonable collection costs in accordance with Dutch law.

6. Changes and cancellation

You may request changes to the scope or schedule, which we will accommodate where reasonably possible and which may affect the price. One-off appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged. Recurring contracts may be ended by either party with the notice period stated in the agreement.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in our legal information. We are insured for our business activities and ask that any complaint about a particular service is reported to us promptly so we can resolve it.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact your named contact or email [email protected]. We will respond promptly and aim to put things right.

9. Governing law

These terms and any agreement with us are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
